Help How Are Some Of You Signing Gavin Bazunu?

I see a lot of people signing Gavin Bazunu for 95-300k at the start of the season but in every save I create he is committed to Man City and I cant even make an offer.

Try starting at different league dates and when you set up a save. So say load the MLS as well and use that as the start date as I think that makes some pre arranged transfers not happen.

Might be wrong though as never signed the player tbh.
