Chat insecure job situation despite success

Hi, 

has anyone else experienced unhappiness from the board even though you’re doing way beyond expectations? 
 

it starts to annoy me. I even won the league, cup and got into the quarters chl with a small danish club, and I were still on insecure. I doesn’t makes sense.  
 

I have attached an example.
