Help Help with the facepacks on legally bought game

Hi im brand new to football manager, I bought this game thinking it would be like the best one to get for updated squads and young player's and all that, so then after I buy it find out theres no pics due to what I later found out was the licence thing. So download the mega facepack extract it for literally 24 hours into the graphics folder clear the cache and it still hasnt worked can anyone help please

Is everyone else playing this with no pictures for the premier league? Can anyone tell me if either is in the right place please any help would be appreciated
