Chat “Trying to ignore in-squad divisions”

2 of players and currently “trying to ignore in-squad divisions” which is obviously having a big effect on morale. I’ve been rotating my squad and playing most players so unsure as to why this is? Also there isn’t much depth to it on the mobile version!

Normally i think its when one/two players want to leave, bigger challenges etc. 

Try offering some new contracts. If they have the ! on their name try them

Also view your squad in the Happiness view. Do any of the players there have a status of Outcast? If so, get rid of them...

Always thought that was because some players were paid way more than others..
