Help anyone else has this problem?

i manage a team in the israeli first division. when i try renewing my players contracts sometime there aigant says (in a red tab) "the player is very interested in staying at your club but feels the maximum wage permited by competition rules is far too low for him to be willing to discuss terms" this is so annoying as i just can't do anything about it and don't even know what it means

Sounds like a FM PC version problem but we are a specific FM Mobile website.
