Help Star player having poor performance in training

I'm playing a manager career of Chelsea and I've noticed that christian pulisic, who has been in superb form btw, is not performing well in training but excellently on the pitch. He has played 39 games and scored 26 goals with 15 assists. he is also very happy at the club and has superb morale. is there any solution to this problem or should I get worried that he will decline drastically soon?

You can talk to the player and have a word with them about there training performance, you can give him a warning and some players react well to it.
