Sad to say it most definitely isn't plug and play. I don't doubt it has worked for you but in a quick ten games with it in the Premier League at Leeds it has been really poor.

Maybe it's plug and play with the better teams but most things tend to be.

Doing the real work here. A tactic with Juventus in 2027 might not even be a tactic for big clubs, let alone plug and play.
