Have you found this small feature of FMM2023? You could tap at personal box of player page to show more detail personality. 

I really appreciated this feature.

The game now is more about the chemical between players, not only the technical side.

I think this is a great feature and one of the many new features which I'm really enjoying. I try not to buy players who have negative traits like lazy and selfish in your example above.
