Tactics New tactics for 2nd season

I lost first few games and drew one with the new tactics but went to win 22+ consecutive games and still on the run

Currently using this on my Wrexham save. I was doing ok beforehand in season 1, but found I was chopping and changing a lot at half time and around 75 mins to try and snatch wins. Switched to this about 2/3 of the way through the season and breezed the rest. Won league 2 with something like 106 points after selling my best striker. Early days in league one, but I'm hoping for a third promotion in a row. Best tactic I've used so far!

Start unemployed then sign with interim manager for everton  at 19th in league . I need manage club for 13 match balance for epl . start from match tottenham win streak and big win vs MU . Very good tactic bro

Tried with Arsenal ( no 1st team transfers )

good results. 10 matches played, 2 defeats: 2-3 vs Man City close game, two goals from KDB free kicks and 2-1 vs Barcelona - even game

other then that - in EPL 6 games, 15 goals scored, 3 conceded.

Yeah it’s very good tactics I just came up with 2022 with little bit of change ! I guided United to champions league and won it the same year

Try to make all the players happy for big games so they could perform even better

Update: 17 EPL games played.

W 14, D 2, L 1.  GF-36, GA-10

Gabriel Jesus mostly plays as T, sometimes its Saka or Smith Rowe

AP is mostly Odegaard, sometimes Smith Rowe

For some reason this tactic does not get the attention and recognition it deserves.

Very solid tactic, defensively probably the best I ever tested. 

No corner exploits used as is evident from goal stats.

The only tweak I used is - I moved BWM to DCM with DM role.  And AMC roles vary based on players used and opposition ( more offensive is T/SS and more defensive is AM )

Here are my results, with almost no transfers with Arsenal. Must admit, Upamecano was a great buy.

Formation and Players roles

Saka is mostly used as AP but his stats do not impress (but he is still most valuable player on the team)

Change bwm to dm like  @Paradoximus007 suggest and still use role trequartista .

This is how this tactic works for me. Only one negative is that strikers have more assists then goals.
