Chat Frankfurt too weak?

I started a standard season with Frankfurt and wanted to see which players perform and which not to do some transfers in winter.

But all the offensive players were horribly performing bad:

Götze Kamada Lindström Kolo

After the first half of the season i was 18th...

I used 4231 and an offensive tacticstyle.

Was this the complete wrong lineup/tactice or are these 4 players just crap in this game?
