Help Transfer bug??

I sold tomori before transfer window.

After this I moved him to reserves.

Now I see no data of transfer after this as if it never happened and I can offer him contract.

This has happened 2nd time and I'm frustrated. I've lost 280+ million over 2 players alone ( tomori, Marcos Leonardo). I this a known bug?

Also I can't force a loan to my associate team.
