Chat Phantom Goal bug

Sorry to create a separate thread about this but I've recently experienced phantom goals (for and against) where when a goal is scored, I immediately go to change tactical settings and once changed and returned to the match, the goal that was scored is nowhere to be seen. At first I thought there must have been an offside but when it happened again, I had a look and there was no disallowed goal. Basically the goal just disappears as if it never happened..........  this has happened several times now. Anyone know what's going on here???

Edit.......... just had a look in the bugs thread and this has already been reported so please ignore this post. Admin please delete as it seems I'm unable to do so myself..... Thanks.
