2015 Face Pack Help

I have downloaded Face Packs and my phone runs off 1080p my face packs appear like this and they seem small is it normal for them to be this small?

I downloaded HD, it seems to be okay now, on the PA ones it said to remove the border and put in a different one but didn't put the PA border in so that's why messed up

I can't have any that require to remove border as they are very small without a border and look silly

Sadly 1080p skin is made with such a large space but with a facepack size that is regular (same as FM PC). Making it bigger than SI intended would make the pack 2-3x bigger. A 2GB Facepack isn't ideal sadly.
