World Class Players on the cheap?

Is there any players from teams from the extended database like Dynamo Kyiv, Zenit, Maccabi Tel Aviv E.g.?

I am currently with Arsenal and want impact bench (or just decent enough to start) players, I bought Yarmolenko from Kyiv for £13.5mil. Teixeira from Shaktar for £7/8mil and Eran Zahavi from Tel Aviv for £3.5mil.

Just wanted some help finding some decent players on the low from different teams not in the top European leagues, thanks.

Have a look at Zenit and CSKA, there may be some good players there.

Dynamo Kyiv is an absolute gold mine! Khacheridi, Dragovic, Vida, Garmash, Junior Moraes, Antunes to name but a few lol

Which positions are you looking for?

I suggest you start from Real Madrid and Barcelona. This is no joke. You can buy their unwanted players on the cheap: Sergi Samper, Martin Montoya, Sergi Roberto, Modric, Marcelo can all be bought at a bargain (less than  £10m)

Bocca Juniors in Argentina have a gold mine of excellent cheap players Melli, Chavez and Vidala are all excellent (although playing at Arsenal they may not be able to move due to work permits but still worth a look)
