Chat Less money after winning Champions League?

In my first season with Everton I won the Premier League and got to the semi finals of both cups. The following summer my transfer buget was £67m. The next season I won the Premier League, Capital One Cup and Champions League. In my third season I got £39m to spend.

Why did I get less to spend having been more succussful? I was expecting a huge transfer buget. Can anyone explain this?

Maybe the board thought you have done so well with the squad that it barely needs improving.
