Has anybody made a playable J League? If not, is anybody considering it if its possible?

Pick a league you want to overwrite, I would say Australia. Load your database from Android into the Pre-Game Editor then swap the top Australian clubs with the Japanese clubs. Then edit all the rest into Japanese clubs. After that modify the nations so Australia is Japan and Japan is Australia and the competition names. Then edit the players in the Australian clubs to the Japanese clubs'.

Is Android the only way to edit in leagues? 

Id love to setup proper MLS league but I'm on iOS ..
