Can someone please make a downloadable transfer update that will work on iOS.

Unfortunately there is no way to use an update on your iphone/ipad by other means than jailbreaking your device. For now, it is the only option, but we as a community do not encourage breaching policies of any kind.

If you mean the Summer Transfer Update that usually occurs, this is being looked into.

How is jailbreaking against the law? It’s against Apple policies, not the law
