Tactics Counter Attack Help

I am looking to setup a counter attacking tactic, problem either using 4-4-1-1 or 4-3-3-Wide...  not really having much joy, just seems inconsistent.

So just looking for some help with what instructions I should defo use and which ones I should never try and select when counter attacking.

With it being a new game and the new tactical options it's going to be hard to say for sure what works and what not, the best advice is to alter one thing at a time and see how it goes, once people have had time to play they might have better answers for you dude
