Help National Team Calls up problem

hey, i playing my carrer in Huddersfield and tom ince play so well last season and achive player of the year and best XI season, but why he never call up by england national team ?

i just wondering why ?

In my 1KC last year Barnes scored over 1000 goals and never got called up. It's just random probably!
