My gets in injury every time and their condition get worse every time although I don't keep them always in the starting lineup and rest them and have a good physical trainer so why my players keep get injured every time and take long time to recover....

One reason might be some have recurring issues?

Also, check your training regime, is that too intensive?

Finally, remember not to put those low stamina players (say below 90) as startups since it will increase the probability of injury.

But some players just tend to get injured you know, just as Watford's Perryra......

Ok I will check the training regime as you told

I don't start a match with players have low stamina

Another problem is the Role you gave them, for example a BBM will run, run, and run some more, wingers seem to run more than Inside Mid's, so that could be an issue if you are already low on Stamina, I never play anyone under 95%, which can help team rotation keeping everyone happy (sometimes)
