That totally depends where you want to play him. If you’re playing him wide then yes an inside forward would be his best role. Playing him as a striker and he could be played in a variety of roles, an Advanced Forward being the best for him imo

If he is more isolated then play him as a CF so he could create his own chances. If wingers or CAMs are with him I'd play him as an AF. If he is a winger play him as an inside forward.
