I really need some help here with #Determination and #Workrate ?

My team is really struggling 

How to find players Determination ?

How to find players Workrate ?

Last: is the Workrate means Teamwork ?

So I made a little guide a while back that shows how to improve teamwork, unfortunately it didn't get much recognition back then. 

From what I know, Workrate is linked to teamwork. So improving teamwork would lead to higher Workrate.
