Help Help with 4411

I've been recently trying to start a Crewe Alexandra and having been trying to use the 4411 with some poor results. I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on how to make the most of this formation or if I would be better off using another formation

We’re going to need a lot more info than that I’m afraid. What player roles are you using, team instructions etc.

Could use this as a start point and adapt to suit your squad.

It totally depends on your players but this was actually my go to formation on last years game and it also worked fairly well on my first save on this years game. 

I remember it relied on the two CM’s being great all round players. 

If you do post your system up I can see how close it was to mine and we can try and improve it.
