Did you try out your tactic in the first season :)?

I was switching between using a 442 and a 4411 for many of the seasons but I made this tactic with the 4411 in mind and it seems to do the trick for the last 4 seasons. I was a bit unsure about using the NCB at first but it has really helped the team become a solid defensive unit to my surprise.
