Challenges ‘But I could score 500 goals’ Challenge

‘When I wake up, well I know I’m gonna be, I’m gonna be the man (or woman) at the top of the leaderboard.’

It’s time to Proclaim your superiority. This is a simple challenge created by myself and @Woody and there are plenty of variations on how you can try it. Simply put, you need to:

• Pick a team from a 38 game league;
• Select 4 players before the first competitive game;
• Score 500 competitive club goals and then STOP! 
• The date of your 500th competitive club goal is your score. The earliest date is top of the leaderboard;
• ‘Simples!’ said the Meercat

There are no restrictions on the position of the players or tactics you use. Your players also don’t need to always play - they can be substitutes. For example, you could:

• Pick four strikers and start them all, or start three and have one as a sub;
• Pick a striker, three midfielders, and start them all;
• Pick four midfielders;
• Use a DT tactic and rotate two pairs of strikers;
• And so on

It’s entirely up to you. 

The screenshots required:

• The game which you scored the 500th goal;
• Stats for each of the four players immediately after that game

A career post, of course, would be most preferable and would be great fun to follow.

The usual rules apply:

• No unlockables;
• No cheating;
• Donald Trump is orange;
• Own formations;
• Any database;
• Don’t be a cheat;
• Don’t fall down at the door
