Hi guy's 

Which personality do think is favorable to each position and which one would be beneficial for manager, or just which one would keep for your team.

Sometimes I look at player's personality before I buy them lol.

I think striker's having this three will be killers, Relentless, Ruthless, Determined

Midfielders- unselfish, Determined, Relentless, Model Professional.

Defender's, Determined, strict professional, strict leaders, Steady

Keeper's- strict leaders, strict professional, 

Most underrated, is unsporting lol, they play like Diego Costa, giving opposition cards.

Is there anything like Model Citizen in FMM20. I mean have anyone season them.

I’m not entirely concerned in this. A player with relaxed seems to be the worst in here. Moody personality also aren’t a great one. Both could change by mentoring but they’ll need to have the perfect mentor

ok I shouldn't even worry about their personalities, as long as they ain't negative ones. Though some of them seems to keep the squad atmosphere high.

Very true. If you got too many unprofessional players, fining them for bad games may turns out very badly. You’ll instantly lost the dressing room
