Chat Low Work Rate

My team’s work rate seems to be permanently low. I’ve read that having a motivational coach would raise the team’s work rate but it doesn’t seem to be working for me.

Is there something that I’m missing?

Basically many of your senior players have a low value for Work Rate. You can't see it in the game, it's part of the Team Work score (Team Work is made up of Unselfishness and Work Rate). So try to bring players to the club with a high Team Work value. Also sometimes praising them for working hard in Training can improve Work Rate. But that's sort of rare (still working it out).
