Chat save team to add to 2021

I am wondering if you can export your team from FM18 and import it to FM21? I have not bought fm21 yet but will if I can upload my team from FM18. 

 

I have both editors, the in-game editor and the other out of game editor but see no way to export the team other than the "Export team versus competition" which is not used for import for new games.

Is there a way to do it from the save? I am not sure if there is a way to do this for I would hate to redo everything I have accomplished on my team while play FM18 meaning I would hate to lose those players or having to do hours of changes with the new game in order to try and simulate what I had in fm18
