Help How are academy youngsters assigned?

Hi all,

Something I'd thought about for a while but for some reason not really checked. How are your annual crop of youngsters assigned? I assume there's a logic that says makes it more likely for you to have better ones the better your youth academy is graded but not sure if this is the case? For the first time, I tested whether you get a different crop of players if you reload the start the season but wondered if anybody had any thoughts on how this part of the game works.

I’ve made a test before, better youth facility means that you’ll get more players during youth intake. That also means higher chance for gold/silver players.

The chance to get silver/gold are almost completely random. Logically, a mercurial talent can come from anywhere. Foden, Greenwood and Hudson-Odoi all come from some of the best facilities in England while players like Kulusevski, Rice and Camavinga all come from a mediocre facilities.

Finally about resetting, yes they’ll change every time you reload.
