Chat German Lower League file for fmm 23

Dear modders,

I think it's great how you create files like Super League files. 
Is it possible that you can do something like this for Germany and make it available for download. 
I suspect that the French league system in the game is best suited for this because it is closest to the German system.
Ligue 1, Ligue 2, National, National 2 (16 clubs each in 4 regional squadrons. 
For Germany that would be the Bundesliga, 2nd Bundesliga, 3rd division, Regionalliga North, East, South, West. 
The clubs might have to be increased with clubs from the lower regions.

I would like to try it myself but I don't know which programs you do it with.

I don't think you can do that with the editor.

In the past I might have suggested using changes.txt, but I think that's broken.

So the most likely possibility is to use a HEX editor to edit the save file directly, but you have to really know what you are doing, very hard to do and can easily mess up the save file. I'm pretty sure it could be done, but it would be LOTs of work and I'm not quite sure how to do it (did play with it once a long time ago, but forgotten it all now). Maybe search for HEX on this site and see if anyone has done something similar and asked for instructions etc
