Tactics St. Mary's Revenge (4-1-2-2-1)

I took over Southampton mid-season and saved them from the drop. This is my first full season. I started with a default tactic that I always start with and then tweak has I go. This is what I ended up with and it's been pretty successful. 

It's been plug and play for me. I just make sure that players have the right role traits for their role. 

 

If I'm behind or want to try and snatch a win from a bigger club I switch to attacking and select shoot on sight
