Tactics 4-1-2-1-2 Double Kills *Plug and Play*

Hi everybody, I have been playing FM Mobile/Handheld since 2014, but in the beginning i followed Tactics, from 2019, i created my own tactics (4-1-2-2-1) and it worked well, i used it from FMM2019 - FMM2022 and achieved many trophies with record stats.
But in FMM23 version, my old tactics (4-1-2-2-1) with the struggle of both inside forward, it did not perform well anymore.
You can see below pictures, the first Season with Schalke 04, my team had the fewest conceded in the league but only score 17 goals, so i got relegation.

 

After being sacked, I applied job in Hertha Berlin and switched to 4-1-2-1-2 Double Kills, gain UEFA Champions League and moved to Napoli
This is my formation:

At the moment, iImanage Napoli, but when in Hertha Berlin, the formations was same.

TIPS WHEN USING THIS TACTICS

Choose the players following position requirements, example:

Poacher: Shooting, Decision, Movement, Pace
Shadows Strike - Should invest much money for this guy: Shooting, Decesion, Creativity, Movement, Pace

Fullback: Crossing, Tackling, Positioning, Pace

... etc

SOME ACHIEVEMENTS (not Save/Load)

I use 2-3-1-2-2 so one with Milan

So that's not a test of the tactic that's posted then?

Just focus on some main attribute:
GK: Aerial, Handling, Kicking, Reflexes, Throwing
FB: Crossing, Tackling, Decisions, Positioning, Stamina
BPD: Passing, Tackling, Decisions, Positioning, Pace
DLP: Passing, Tackling, Decisions, Positioning, Strength
BBM: Passing, Tackling, Decisions, Positioning, Stamina
AP: Passing, Creativity, Decisions, Movement
SS: Shooting, Passing, Creativity, Decisions, Movement
AF: Shooting, Movement, Decisions, Pace
P: Shooting, Movement, Decisions, Pace
*** You can use Inverted Winger/Inside Forward into SS/AF/P if players can play well in that positions

So having tested your tactic with 5 seperate teams.

 

Athletico madrid

Rb leipzig

Liverpool 

Blackburn

Celtic 

 

I can confirm your tactic is most definitely not a plug and play.. im sure its a good tactic. But from my experiment i lost more games than i won. With blackburn and leipzig i was sacked in late January and late march. With celtic i tried changing the mentality to control to avoid getting killed every game. But overall. You get over run. 30% of games you get no shots. You get dismantled possession wise. 

 

As stated im sure it has the potential to be great but as far as a plug and play no way.
