Left footed winger should be set up right winger and right footed winger also vice versa. And dribbling, movement, shooting is important just like inside forward.

Trequerista needs teamwork, aerial ability, shooting, passing, pace and strength.

Rest of all need to good at their role abilities.

I tried it in one of my saves and the combination of IWB and Anchorman can grant more reliablity, respect to other kind of 4-3-3 or 4-1-2-2-1. Perhaps, I notice few clean attacks and low level of scoring (depends on quality of teams, with average club maybe could be a problem fit the indications with some roles, I.E. all wingers only right foot, or you have only slow defender or with poor technique). 

So, I set the letf winger as Deep Line Forward and changed all BPD as simple CD. The results were amazing. I started a new career, Italian Lega Pro and I won 7 of 7 games (16 goals scored, 5 conceeded). Best scorers Trequartista and DLF. The DLF, in particular, with these set seems to be the real added value, creating fluid bridges among central midfielders, right winger and Trequartista and creating spaces for their central incursions.

Also, number of shoots is, average, at least 12-13, against 4-5 of opponents. I attach some screens.

Back to work 10 days ago, I completed in my free time the second season with same tactic, as the previous post. Due to weakness of the team (compared to other teams) and the budget, I had to sell 9 of 11 first squad elements.

I build a formation of free transfers, with some interesting players (Capone, Dutu, Gyabuaa, Zedadka, Gemello) and lots of youngster (under22) to fit with my low maximum wage cap. Due to low reputation I hade to overpay the wages for most of them.

Until november the squad tried to search fluidity and to adapt to new league: I was unbeaten but I collect many draw. After november I dominated, also with bigger team relegated from Serie A (Sassuolo, Lecce, Cremonese) and concluded, again, in first position.

The amazing aspect is the sense of domination of tactic, even in matches with balanced statistics (most of matches, anyway, I continued to have domination in shoot and ball possession). Here attached the final table. 

Now, serie A. And, again, I had to change part of first team,  buying only by free transfer - some affordable elements (Folouronsho, Pezzella, Bettella) and some bets (Salcedo, Jake O' Brien, Brazao, Kingley Michael..all people relegated to reserve status or send to loan from their club in previous season). I keep the best players of previous season because I think they can do a good work even in serie A.
