I downloaded the file but it doesn't work. Maybe I misunderstood the instructions. What can I do?

You need to back up what ever league you are replacing first. So say it is England change the name or move it to another folder so it's save. Then copy the file from the now unzipped pack an place it in fmh2015_data > Data > Databases

Then start a new game an away you go.

Okay, so if I want to manage San Marino I have to replace the "italy" folder with the one I downloaded?
