Failure to bid on any one player will result in you having to buy a player at a fixed value of a cool 100 mil. Yeah thats the fine.

 

Now, bidding starts from twenty mil, increase as much as you want.

And, all of you have more than 200 mil, dont hesitate to outbid one member by a huge margin.
