Tactics Help.. Need a strong tactic with this group

No matter what tactics I've used.. I've lost miserably against most of the teams..

Try a standard 4231. Works every time.

I did but it's worse.

Depends on your roles and TI's. For the latter, I always use(d) attacking, rest balanced and no pressing or counter.

Keep in mind though that Everton is very likely to lose in the first season against better teams. Don't expect that you can do whatever and win the premier league in your first season because that wouldn't be realistic.

What also works in the premier league is 41221 with attacking and counter on.
