Chat Ridiculous amounts of injuries?

Only on my first save, trying to take Leyton Orient to the Prem. I am on the 11th August first season and have 12 first team players injured. All my training is relatively normal, nothing too intensive. 

Is it just an unlucky save for me? Or have others noticed that they are getting lots of injuries.

They could get injured in training tbh.
