Once a player has announced his retirement from football and you have the option to offer him a Non-Playing role? 

Is there any bonus or reason to do so? 

Whats the perks of having retired players of yours as coachs 

 

is it just the same as any ordinary coach but having your retired players on your coaching roles just something you might like to do?

I always tend to ignore this option, but just out of interest can you see a players coaching stats/level whilst they are still a player wanting a non-player role?
