Any got a tactics for Pep Guardiola? 

He plays a 4123, but has certain types of players in the positions.

GK - Sweeper Keeper

RB/LB - inverted full backs

CB - ball playing centre halfs

CDM - deep line playmaker or anchor

CM - Advance playmakers

RF/LF - Wingers/ inside forwards 

ST - Advanced forward

 

but I don’t know what kind of attacking and defensive tactics would be suitable for a Pep kind of play

can someone help?
