Chat Moulding players

I was just thinking - can I mould my player to be the way i want him to be? For example, my player lacks leadership on the pitch. Is there anything I can do to change that and if not, is this something that will change in the next version?

I don't think leadership is an attribute that can be improved with training; regarding other attributes I think you can mould a player to your desire to a certain extent if you know the attributes each training regime affect.
