Chat Regen/Evogen mainly appearing at big clubs

I've noticed that most regens/evogens are appearing mainly at big clubs. In previous versions players from Africa would come back in african teams, occasionally in dutch teams. Same with all South American players, they always appeared back in South America but now they coming from all the top teams. I'm finding this with all regens/evogens coming through. This makes it much harder to sign them.

That sucks! But maybe it's based more on the real world? Most really really good players get snapped up by the top clubs when they are really young these days, don't they?
