First up is the only non Celtic player on the list, Manor Solomon 

At the start:

3 years in:

You can pick him up for 1.5/2 mil, and he will develop into a solid player capable of playing as either a Winger or an Inside Forward depending on how you train him. 

Next up are some great hidden gems you can find at Celtic. Although I believe they will only show up if you load up the Scottish league.

Some really cheap players that grow on to become solid back-up choices for top teams or key players for mid-lower teams.
