    • Release/promote based on the report given to you at the start of the season by your assistant manager.

Alright, so as I was promoting my YA players, I realised something. That it was better to promote all the players and then release them based on whether or not their attributes are good. 

Before that, I used to release/promote players solely based on the CA/PA rating that you are shown at the start of the season.(anyone under 3 star PA was released.)

Now I've changed my promotion method to what I believe is the best one, but what about you guys? 

How do you promote your players?
