What is a good tactic for Portsmouth (lower league but good for their league) and how do you train wonderkids to get them to their best potential

In relation to the youth training, I'd recommend putting all the youth players that don't play on intensive training and normal for the ones that will play regularly. For the tactic read your team report and build the tactic around your strengths and try to minimise the weaknesses. This game is very much trial and error so just remember that if your getting annoyed
