Help Pre season friendly

Probably missing something really simple here, but how do you organise a pre season friendly?

You can't, they're organised for you.

Cool, glad I'm not just been daft. Is there anything you can do to influence the amount? I got four when I started the game, none in my first pre season, and two in my second.

No there’s nothing you can do to influence the amount you get given I don’t think.

Well there is as if say you qualify for the community shield or other country’s equivalent trophy then that game can often take the place of one friendly but don’t think losing out on a league or cup on purpose to get one more friendly would be a great idea.
