Help Player improvment!!!

Hi,
please improve the player development. I have criticized it already last year. the player characteristics tecnic and teamwork do not develop, even though the training was focused on these priorities.

teamwork and technique can be trained by using the mentoring just need the right player

Characteristic 🤔not sure what did you wanted but if because of relaxed or lazy personality it doesn’t seems to change much like irl where mostly people won’t change until they fail yeah
