Help Why are my players changing training roles?

Does anyone no why some of my players training roles change when I sometimes check my training? I'm in full control of my players training. For instance I could be training mason mouth to play as a centre mid, and I could go on my training and see he is training as an advanced playmaker.

They are not changing roles, it's the opinion of your assistant manager and it would change as the attribute of the player changes

I think they are talking about Focus Role. I've seen them change occasionally too.

Yeah. I'm playing the touch version on Switch, and it's the same. The assistant manager changes the focus role every time a players is used in another position. If you have to play a midfielder as a right back for a match, the assistant will change his focus training to that position. The only way to prevent this is to take charge of the training yourself, which is really annoying.
