Help Help getting the most of my strikers

I am currently playing my club mode but though I have three great strikers:Belotti,Haaland and one I created called Germain the goals aren't coming through. The midfield is also great but they are somehow underwhelming please help

Best way to get help is to provide more information such as screenshots of your current tactic, players you have and how many goals they are getting at the moment.

That way people may be able to see if there is anything that can be tweaked so they perform more consistently.

I would turn off shoot in sight and change run at defence to through balls. You’ll get fewer shots but xG should be higher. And strikers love a through ball. Just my personal taste though. Have you experimented with different instructions here? Maybe turn all off and gradually test each one at a time to see what best suits your players. You might be limiting your players with too many specific instructions. At this level they’re sometimes best left alone.

If that screengrab is your first team, Havertz isn’t really an IF so try him as AP, even in the same position. He may prefer it. Or in midfield as AP where he belongs.

Germain should be playing IF on right side looking at him and pop Haaland up top. 
 

You might have some luck playing a DLF as you’ve got a bit of space between strikers / IF and midfield. 
 

Not much else I can comment on really without seeing squad and stats in more detail.
