Tactics 2-3-2-2-1 with set pieces instructions

I don't know if this is the right way to post a tactics because it's my 1st time but i'll try anyway. I have use this tactics on 3 teams and it works well for me. Used this tactics on norwich and manage to win the league and cc cup on my 2nd season managing them. Feel free to try and let me know if this tactics works for you aswell.

I am an Expert of the formation 2-3-2-2-1, 
I always use this formation.

You are wrong at:
- Without a Sweeper Keeper
- Change as Overload
- Change as All Over
- Change as Commited
- Change as Direct ( if u trust your team)
- Change as Short (Overload Pressing or Nothing)

- Choose Pace and Smart Player
- and also Choose Smart Coach!

Can i see your player stats for your RP please? Interested to see how different they would be to a DLP in the same position.

Why is it wrong? The tactic won the Premier League with Norwich City. It's been successful for the original poster. Or have you worded this badly and you meant something different?

He struggled a bit in the early half of my 1st season but after that he's been great for me..

I’m really sure there’s another word other than “wrong”. I mean it’s not wrong to use those instructions since he’s one of the dominant team in the league. Besides with Norwich playing overload and committed aren’t the best idea
