Help Zebre/Juve never sacking their manager

So, I've started a save and, like I always do, began my career in italian Serie B. 

Now I'm in 2026, currently managin the italian national team... And I'm always on the look-out for a chance to manage Juve/Zebre...

But they NEVER sack their manager!! 

They ended up in the 7th place last season, which should be unacceptable for their standards.. And yet there he is. Alessandro Piazza. Their manager since 2020.

Moreover, even when his job becomes "unsecure", I can't propose myself for the job as I can do for any other team. 

So what, are Zebre unmanageable? 

Maybe because of the license, or what? 

Can I change that with the editor?

So mate I noticed this myself and Alexandro Piazza is actually Andrea Pirlo and because there a made up team it seems he wins world manager of the year a lot and doesn’t get sacked 👎🏻
